I contacted TP Remapping via their website for a remap on my VW Crafter. The response was very quick and helpful in putting me touch with a local agent, Brad, to to visit and carry out the work. The outcome is a huge improvement in both power and torque greatly improving the drivability of the van. Thomas was very professional and helpful. I never do reviews ,318 bmw ,after two garages and one being diesel experts who told me they couldn’t define what was wrong and could be spending a fair bit,probably best getting rid and buying a new one (like money grows on trees!)

Problem diagnosed fair quickly,sorted out garage to do repair at cheap reasonable price,and then Tom worked his magic on the Remap! Power increase superb! And 40 minute drive back home,86mile range on read out,83 when I got back!
Looking forward to the extra I’ll definitely get now😁
Tom is a very friendly, talks you through every step of diagnosing so you can understand, sorted the garage appointment for me, couldn’t of been more helpful,top service, highly delighted and fully recommend Tom!
